This colorful Madonna Inn wedding was the MOST fun. Ryli and Matty wanted every aspect of their wedding to actually feel genuine to who they are as people and as a couple, which meant that a lot of traditional wedding things had to go. Ryli had THREE different outfit changes, all equally amazing. First up, the ceremony gown was a champagne, lace sweetheart princess dress. The second for the dinner was a strapless iridescent rainbow sequin gown (Matty even changed into some rad, black sequin pants) . The last change for the dance party, was into a fun, white fringe, illusion cutout jumpsuit. Also that Ryli also crafted and dyed her dried floral bouquet herself.

To make this colorful Madonna Inn wedding even MORE colorful, guest were encouraged to wear whatever they liked, so they were some butterfly wings, leopard print, and bright red suites.

A happy pink balloon arch with gold streamers dawned their ceremony, which was the most boisterous wedding crowd, I’ve ever heard, cheering at every event with the most heartfelt excitement. The band Bad Cop/Bad Cop made a performance during their ceremony as well.

The table settings were even non-traditional with neon hearts as center pieces that guest could take home. (I keep mine on my work desk.) Instead of a first dance, the couple opted for a game of giant Connect 4 on the dance floor.

This day still tops the most guests I’ve ever seen cry at a wedding. It was the sweetest thing. You could really feel the love and emotion in the room. I was SO honored to be there. I love the love Ryli and Matty share for each other.
