Ruby and Pearla- Santa Maria high school senior portraits

If this isn’t obvious already, Ruby and Pearla are twins! I was SO stoked when Ruby contacted me to take their senior portraits. I had never shot twins before but I loved it! I think I may have secretly wanted to be a twin growing up, a la “Sister, Sister”; Pulling pranks, switching places with all of the ensuing shenanigans. Surprisingly Ruby and Pearla have never switched lives just for fun or they were just easily caught by friends and family. We shot their senior portraits in Pismo beach just before the amazingly gorgeous light set. Both Ruby and Pearla will be graduating from their high school in Santa Maria next June!
