Becky Filip- San Luis Obispo Lifestyle portraits

This lifestyle session was in collaboration with the talented and stylish musician and artist, Becky Filip. Her beautiful and bright Victorian apartment in San Luis Obispo is adorned with colorful vintage books, fragile teacups, large bay windows, and a sleek, black piano where she writes songs and composes music. Becky’s sense of style also perfectly blends with her living space. She wears soft, flowing pieces and one of her favorite dresses has a whimsical pattern straight from a medieval illuminated manuscript consisting of unicorns, twisted trees, and delicate flowers. Floral scented candles add atmosphere and old pastel botany prints freckle the walls. She also lovingly placed two cat shaped pillows (which I loved) on her teal couch, that she found at a local antique store.

Becky’s apartment is the perfect place to relax as the sounds of piano keys echo up from the hardwood floors and through the luminescent afternoon light.
